CHANGE OF Yueqing Fuxin Electric Factory by Zhejiang Fuxin Electrical Technology Co.,Ltd-CHANGE OF BUSINESS/NAME

1. As you may already be aware, Yueqing Fuxin Electric Factory (‘’FUXIN‘’) was changed to a new company Zhejiang Fuxin Electrical Technology Co.,Ltd.

2. Please be assured that the change does not affect FUXIN’s  continued ability and commitment to discharge its obligations to you under the terms of its contract with you, and that business will continue as usual. Similarly, we look forward to your continued support and commitment to discharge your obligations to FUXIN.

3. Following the change, The relevant business of FUXIN will be replaced by Zhejiang Fuxin Electric Technology Co., Ltd., and the FUXIN factory will exist as its internal production subsidiary.

4. For PO sent by your company on or after April 18, 2022, the invoice should be issued by Zhejiang Fuxin Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.

5. For PO you sent before April 18, 2022, you can continue to request invoices from Yueqing Fuxin Electric Factory.This is acceptable.
