Use and maintenance:
1. It is recommended that the user unit appoint a special person to be responsible for use and maintenance
2. Regular maintenance 1-2 times a year is the best method for reliable operation and longevity of solenoid valves. The following four conditions inside the solenoid valve are the reasons that hinder the normal operation of the solenoid valve and shorten the life.

⑶. The oil of the air compressor is oxidized to produce impurities such as carbon particles and tar, which are mixed into the pipeline 2.4 There are impurities such as dust particles and dirt in the pipeline
3. After the solenoid valve is installed or put into operation again after a long period of time out of service, the medium must be passed in for a few tries before it works normally before it can be used officially
4. When the steam valve is put into operation again after being out of service for a long time, the condensed water should be drained and tested several times before it can be put into operation after it works normally.
5.Before maintenance, the power must be cut off and the medium pressure must be removed.
6. The coil assembly should not be disassembled
7. When disassembling the solenoid valve for cleaning, you can use kerosene, trichloroethylene and other solutions. But it should be noted that the rubber parts may swell, so it must be replaced.
8. When disassembling and cleaning, all parts must be restored to their original state in order.

■Installation instructions:
1. Before installation, you should read the product manual carefully, check whether the product fully meets the requirements for use, be familiar with the main points of installation, and make preparations.
2. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be upward and keep the vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline. It should not be installed in a place with splashing or water leakage.
3. Fully flush the pipeline with a pressure of 0.3 MPa before taking over the pipe to completely remove the metal powder sealing material residue and rust in the pipeline; the working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. It is recommended to install a filter before the valve and install the steam pipeline Drain valve; the dirt and filter on the surface of solenoid valve inner parts must be cleaned regularly.
4. When the solenoid valve fails, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, it is best to install a bypass device.
5. Do not install the valve in a recessed part of the pipeline to prevent steam, condensate, impurities, etc. from depositing in the valve and hindering the operation.
6. Ordinary solenoid valves cannot be used in flammable and explosive hazardous situations.
7. In the case of insufficient pipe rigidity, it is recommended to fix the pipes before and after the valve with brackets to prevent vibration when the solenoid valve is working.
8. Pressure gauges should be installed on the pipes before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipe pressure.
